Privately owned PT practice established in 1997 by Mike Manger and John Harrington as an alternative to "hospital" based therapy services in Helena, MHPT has grown to a staff of 8 Physical Therapists and 1 Occupational Therapist.
Our main area of interest or specialization is orthopedic Physical Therapy. However we have staff members who are specialized in manual therapy, Occupational Therapy, pre-work screening, sports medicine/athletic training, measurement/fabrication of foot orthotics, balance and vestibular disorders and women's health. We also treat various neurological conditions.

Our therapists are experienced in their field with 162 years of combined experience. We have a good working relationship with the region's doctors, nurse practitioners and physicians assistants. We accept all insurances and are preferred providers for many insurance companies.
